Job Description:
As a Project Manager within our Consulting and Coaching Services, you will be at the center of our delivery engine and play a pivotal role in orchestrating these high-impact engagements. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery from sales through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about enabling leadership that transforms organizations.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and providing essential assistance to ensure the smooth execution of various projects for our direct clients. You will ensure these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope, while synchronizing with all stakeholders involved in the consulting process and following standard processes. As a team member, you will be expected to collaborate and contribute to operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead project planning and execution for coaching and consulting engagements across global clients and teams.
· Manage projects by organizing and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources, fully utilizing established systems and processes
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client operations, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
· Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve delivery workflows.
· Create, maintain, and organize project documents, including project plans, progress reports, and status updates.
· Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed about project progress, roadblocks, and updates.
· Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth project execution.
· Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to monitor project health, automate routine tasks, and ensure the accuracy and currency of account and project information.
· Manage and update project-related information, budgets, and timelines using tools like NetSuite, Project Center, and Asana.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions for project teams and clients.
· Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
· Provide general administrative support, such as handling emails, phone calls, and other inquiries related to projects.
· Actively participate in learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge of our products and services, project management principles, and consulting practices.
Requirements:
· 5-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in professional services, coaching, consulting, or leadership development. Formal Project Management training preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional and global teams.
· Familiarity with coaching, consulting, or leadership development frameworks is a plus.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms), productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite)
· Experience with AI-powered project management, data analytics, or automation tools is highly desirable.
· Ability to interpret and act on insights from AI-driven dashboards and reports.
· Basics of business acumen.
· Analytical mindset to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with team members to creatively overcome challenges.
· Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements, priorities, client needs, and organizational updates.
· Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
