Product Manager
Leadership Circle is on a mission to evolve how leadership is measured and developed - helping organizations move from one-time assessments to continuous insight and growth. Our platform integrates best-in-class diagnostics with actionable tools for individual and team development.
We are looking for a Product Manager to help maintain and evolve our core assessment and delivery systems. This is a hands-on role focused on backlog management, incremental improvement, and supporting internal and external users across our legacy and modern systems.
Location: U.S.-based, flexible remote. Mountain Time (MT) preferred.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the product backlog for key tools supporting assessments, delivery, and internal operations.
• Prioritize feature work, bugs, and enhancements across a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA and Operations teams to ensure clear requirements, testing coverage, and smooth releases.
• Gather feedback from internal users, practitioners, and customers to inform continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with Support and Ops to ensure issue resolution and clear communication.
• Maintain documentation and keep stakeholders aligned on roadmap and priorities.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to support go-to-market readiness, messaging, and user enablement.
What You Bring:
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product owner roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tools.
• Proven ability to manage a backlog and prioritize across competing requests.
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding software development lifecycle.
• Customer-first mindset—you seek out user insight and translate it into action.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in leadership development, learning, or assessment tools.
